This is somewhat more complicated and shiny than what I'm used to. Gone are the glorious days of big plastic bucket squeezed into the airing cupboard. Nope this is some serious shit right here. There is a brewing document, we test PH values. (Well, I say we). There are shint stainless steel vessels! I stirred, lifted, cleaned and drank some beer. And i was good at that.
A very pleasant day at Jakobs stuga, ate some very tasty homeshot sausages too. The fun part was watching her collect all the hats on her head and do a careful balanced walk towards me.
I'm not a massive fan of shopping unless I'm really in the mood and really need something. Apart from shoes. And bikes.
I wore the same pair of jeans for at least two weeks until they begged me to let them rest and have a wash. They fit great and I've been entirely unable to find more of the same when going in to HnM. So I oreded about 6 different pairs online instead and had them sent to Genarp. This is glorious in many ways as 1) I dont have to go to a shop search for ages for the right size 2) Don't need to get hot and bothered taking off winter layers and pulling jeans on n off 3) the girls get to have fun too. There is a greyness and a desolateness to Malmö in the winter and what better way to bring this to life and capture the spirit of it then to document forlorn abandoned scooters? Less is more. There may well be more LESS soon.
One bounce too many and somehow she managed to fall against the edge of the sofa. It's already looking better. But it hurt bless her.
In the background you can see the latest addition to the record player corner. Display shelves. Name the albums! Sunday with all the girls and Malaika, left over from last nights Eurovision heats. Which, thankfully, I managed to avoid by going for a drink with Mathias in Lund. Thank you lord. The Hood is in Malmö at some kind of House and Garden exhibition.
We went for walkies in the woods together. I packed off the big girls to a climbing tree nearby and while Astrid had a snooze me and Klara made our own fun. Away to Klagshamn and Hannas ridskola for a loppis. It was not breathtaking, but Hanna managed to find a sweatshirt she liked and Stella was in heaven patting all the sweet horses , so well worth it. There can't be many places i would least rather be at though. It's like a goddamn fridge in the horse prison.
A mysterious figure and two intrepid adventurers. Then on sunday off to Lunds Statspark for the Eiffel tower of climbing frames.
