In Nybrostrand. Near the sea. Real nice and pretty quick too. Lovely food later on the big deck behind the house. Shame about the rain, but we had good times.
In terms of amount of sugar ingested through milkshake. A very pleasant evening in Ystad with da bruvvers (in law). Stoffe's gertting married sooon. So we ate lovely food at Grändens mat. Had some beers at Sushinu and some chilled place near the square.
Sadly no ginger ale was consumed and there was no dog involved. Or smugglers. But Ben and I had a lovely time none the less. I picked up the Lesser Spotted Bushit from Halmstad and we sped to Mats for GnT's , gaming, gifts from India and a gambol around the lake. Following a hearty breakfast including eggs from rescued battery hens we zoomed off to Mölle to hike the peninsula. It was, for me at least, a tremendously sweaty up and down the cliffs 16km or so. A dip in the sea helped After hosing off the salt dried to my body we went out to a luverly restaurant. Mölle Krukmakeri. There was jazz (Ritmo cubano) Nice! and friendly staff and a nice garden. And the food was really good. A napolese style pizza with Skånsk salami, mozzarella, olives, parmesan, spiggeskinka (whatever that is). Also a refreshing gazpacho, oven baked goats cheese with walnuts and grilled asparagus. The sun shone and the beer was cold and good.
The next day we checked out Skäret after an enormobreakfast, jumped in the sea and that was pretty much that. The girls and I head to Louisiana art museum, in Denmark, to see an exhibition by Pippilotti Rist. An immersive video and light-based piece to blow little girls (and adults!) minds. It was pretty cool and the museum is very beautiful. It overlooks the sea across to Ven and Sweden. Hanna was away canoeing with her mum.
